Cardiovascular society is the perfect society to join if you are interested in Cardiology or Cardiothoracic surgery. Our organisation runs a plethora of events ranging from our successful annual conference with additional workshops to tutorials tailored to Year 1 and Year 2’s. Attending our cardiology BRS tutorials and CPA tutor/mentee scheme will not only provide you with a thorough understanding and perform well in exams but it allows an opportunity for fellow medical students to host lectures and bedside teaching. As part of our outreach program we are providing cardiology related lectures to be delivered to aspiring sixth form students who wish to pursue a career in medicine.
