£6 covers the 2026-27 year.
Funkology is Imperial's sole fusion hip hop dance society which offers classes in hip hop and foundations including breakdancing, popping, locking etc.., catering to every level, from complete beginners to more advanced.
Funkology is a street dance society at Imperial. Established in 2003, we experiment with different dance styles and strive to create a safe space for anyone who is interested in dancing, to enjoy the fun of dance and meet new friends.
Our weekly classes, happening on Tuesday, are taught by professional dancers/choreographers which are experts in different styles. We offer classes of different levels and styles - you will find a classes suitable for you even if you haven't danced before!
We also have two competition dance crews (Intermediate & Advanced) that actively perform at many events and compete at university competitions.
